SHREDDED SCRAP: ISRI 211
Homogeneous iron and steel scrap magnetically separated, originating from automobiles, unprepared No. 1 and No. 2 steel, miscellaneous baling and sheet scrap. Average density 70 pounds per cubic foot.
HEAVY MELTING STEEL SCRAP
(HMS – ISRI 200 TO 206)
Wrought iron and/or steel scrap 1/8 and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 x 24 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
BUSHELING SCRAP
Busheling is a prime grade of industrial scrap metal that’s generated off the factory floors of manufacturers and other metal processing. Busheling is defined as clean steel scrap, not exceeding 12 inches in any dimensions, including new factory busheling (for example, sheet clippings, stampings, etc.). As specified by the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, busheling may not include old auto body and fender stock.
BUSHELING BUNDLES SCRAP
Busheling Bundles are is defined as one of highest recovery scrap , Bundles are prepared as per size and weight specified by Consumer with clean steel scrap size 2 feet by 5 feet including new factory arising (for example, sheet clippings, stampings, etc.) hydraulically compressed into bundles .
CAST IRON SCRAP
Clean cast iron scrap such as columns, pipes, plates,and castings of a miscellaneous nature, including automobile blocks and cast iron parts of agricultural and other machinery.
CAST IRON ROTOR DRUMS
AND BRAKE DISCS
Car and commercial discs and drums. Reasonably free of grease and oil this material will be very clean and is another premium product.
PLATE AND STRUCTURAL
STEEL (PNS)
Cut structural and plate scrap, 5 feet and under. Clean open hearth steel plates, structural shapes, crop ends, shearings, or broken steel tires. Dimensions not less than 1/4 inch thickness, not over 5 feet in length.
USED RAILS
Standard section tee rails, original weight 50 pounds per yard or heavier, 1. Suitable for re-rolling into bars and shapes. Free from bent and twisted rails. Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of the piece of rail. Size and other specification by mutual agreement between buyer and seller.
RAIL WHEELS AND AXLES
It consists of wheels and axles from railways.
RE-ROLLING SCRAP
Re-rollable scrap is a steel scrap metal that is already in such a condition that it is suitable for another application through rolling it into a salable product.This differs from the more common processes seen in scrap recycling where the metal undergoes melting, casting and rolling. Re-rolling is more commonly used in emerging economies rather than in industrialized countries.
MS TURNINGS SCRAP
MS Steel turnings produced from steel and or/wrought iron machining process . scrap should be Free from dirt or other foreign material of any kind. these specifications by mutual agreement between buyer and seller.
