The MaSeR Recovery ProcessSM

Take a closer look at MaSeR's Material Recovery Services

Our unique combination of delamination and recovery technologies maximizes material value by effectively upgrading scrap materials to commodity grade metal and plastics for reuse.

Our three step process uses no heat, chemical additives, or liquids to separate metal from metal and metal from plastic, making our process safe and environmentally friendly.

The MaSeR Recovery Process is a three step process:

In the preparation phase composite scrap is downsized and certain materials not requiring further processing (i.e. steel) are extracted and marketed. This phase generates a mix of fastened, coated and/or laminated materials that require further processing

In the delamination phase, these materials are processed through a fractionator that effectively breaks all physical bonds, liberating materials for final recovery.

In the final separation phase, the fully liberated particles are processed to generate three distinct and recoverable fractions:

Red metals:
  • Copper and precious metals
White metals:
  • Aluminum alloys
Plastics:
  • Mixed plastics free of metal contamination
The MaSeR process produces more commodity grade:

The MaSeR Recovery Process effectively upgrades the lowest value materials to commodity grade metals and plastics for reuse.

Our process allows you to use your manpower and facilities to increase throughput without additional costs. And, by recovering more valuable resources you help your customers to be responsible stewards of their assets and their products.
